Well... what can be said? I am having some of the best food in all of Asia. Thai, Cambodian, and Laotian food is soooo yummy! Fresh tropical fruits, such as papaya, pineapple and mango are for breakfast nearly every day, then there are the more exotic fruits like rambutan, and many more that I don't even know their names. For lunch, I often have some type of soup, usually curried, that I put over rice. Fresh ginger and lemon grass often flavor the soups. And the meal we just had was superb. Fish baked in a banana leaf, served with fresh vegie soup, sticky rice (or steamed)... this is a gourmet's delight. My lunch today cost me all of US$2.00. The different types and flavors of food are giving my tastebuds a variety of
delectible experiences, and all good! The mango fruit shakes complete my daily round of tropical flavors and textures. But sadly, this tour of SE Asia is coming to an end. More exciting adventures, for me and my palate, are just around the corner, so stay tuned.

Does indeed sound yummy! Making my mouth water just reading about it!
